1. All copyrights to the computer software product "FargoFit" (SOFTWARE) are exclusively owned by Igor Negrashov (AUTOR). Title, ownership right, and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE shall remain in the AUTOR. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

2. The AUTOR grants to the end user (YOU) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the SOFTWARE subject to the following terms and conditions. The term of this license commences upon delivery of the Software to YOU and is perpetual unless terminated upon default or as otherwise set forth herein. The license is personal to YOU and may not be transferred without the prior consent of the AUTOR.

3. YOU may not loan, lease, or rent the SOFTWARE. YOU agree not to modify, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

4. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR NEYTHER WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. AUTOR should be acknowledged in any publications arising from the data analyzed using the SOFTWARE.

6. Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must cease to use SOFTWARE and remove it from your computer.
